Privacy Policy

Independence Day Photo Frames

Effective date: July 29, 2026
Last updated: July 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Independence Day Photo Frames (“the App”) accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the App.

1. Developer

The App is provided by livewallstore (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Contact email: livewallstore@gmail.com

2. Information the App accesses or processes

2.1 Photos selected by you

The App allows you to select a photo from your device and place it inside an Independence Day photo frame. The selected photo is used to provide editing features such as cropping, positioning, rotating, flipping, filtering, adjusting color, adding text, and adding stickers.

Your selected photo and editing content are processed on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores the contents of your selected photos.

The App uses Android’s system photo picker where available so that you can choose specific photos rather than grant access to your entire photo library.

2.2 Saved creations

When you save a completed creation, the App writes the finished image to your device’s shared Pictures or media storage so that it can be viewed, shared, or deleted by you. A saved creation may remain on your device even after you uninstall the App unless you delete it separately.

When you choose Share, Android displays compatible apps and services. The selected creation is sent only to the destination you choose. The privacy practices of the receiving app or service apply after you share the image.

2.3 Local app preferences

The App may store the following information locally on your device:

  • favorite frame selections;
  • locally unlocked premium frames;
  • editor or interface preferences;
  • advertising consent and privacy-choice status; and
  • other small settings needed for App functionality.

This information is stored locally using Android app storage. It may be removed when you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App, except for images saved to shared media storage.

2.4 Advertising and device information

The App uses Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK, and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to display advertisements and manage privacy choices.

Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google’s configuration, Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
  • device or advertising identifiers;
  • app interactions, ad impressions, clicks, and video views;
  • diagnostic, crash, performance, and app-launch information; and
  • consent signals and privacy choices.

We do not use the App to request or collect precise GPS location.

Advertising may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or used only for technical ad delivery depending on applicable law, your choices, and the available ad-serving mode.

3. Permissions

  • Internet and network state: to load advertisements, consent messages, and external pages.
  • Photo picker or media access: to allow you to select a photo.
  • Shared media storage: to save, display, share, and delete completed creations.
  • Legacy storage permissions on Android 9 or earlier: only when required by the older Android version for media-related App functions.

The App does not request access to your contacts, microphone, call logs, SMS messages, or precise location.

4. How information is used

  • provide photo-frame editing and preview features;
  • save, display, share, and delete your creations;
  • remember favorites, unlocks, settings, and consent choices;
  • display and measure advertisements;
  • prevent advertising fraud and abuse;
  • diagnose technical problems and improve reliability; and
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your selected photos or saved creations.

  • With Google and advertising partners: device, advertising, interaction, diagnostic, and consent information may be processed for advertising, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
  • At your direction: when you choose to share a creation through another app or service.
  • For legal reasons: when disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
  • During a business transfer: if the App or its assets are transferred, information associated with the App may be included where legally permitted.

6. Third-party services

The App may use or link to Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Store, and apps selected by you for viewing or sharing images.

Google Privacy Policy
Google advertising technologies

7. Privacy and advertising choices

Where required, the App may display a consent message before requesting ads. A Privacy choices option may also be available in the App’s Settings screen.

You may be able to review or change advertising choices, reset or limit the Android advertising identifier, revoke media permissions, delete creations, clear App storage, or uninstall the App. Available choices depend on your region, Android version, device manufacturer, and Google services configuration.

8. Data retention

Selected photos are processed for the editing session and are not uploaded to a server operated by us.

Saved creations remain in your device’s shared media storage until you delete them. Local preferences remain until they are changed, cleared, or removed by uninstalling the App.

Google and other third-party providers retain information according to their own policies, legal obligations, consent settings, and service requirements.

9. Data security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the App’s design. Photo editing is performed on the device, and the App uses Android platform controls for photo selection and media storage. However, no device, storage system, transmission method, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer-operated account or server. If the App will be listed as directed to children or will include children in its Google Play target audience, this section and the advertising configuration must be reviewed before release.

11. International processing

Google and other service providers may process advertising and diagnostic information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their own policies and applicable transfer safeguards.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing.

Because we do not operate user accounts or a server that stores selected photos, many controls are available directly on your device. For requests concerning information controlled by us, contact livewallstore@gmail.com. For information controlled by Google or another provider, contact that provider directly.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The revised policy will show a new “Last updated” date.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 19-07-2026

Last updated: 19-07-2026

This Privacy Policy explains how livewallstore (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Live Wallpapers (the “App”).

This policy is intended for wallpaper, live wallpaper, animated wallpaper, background, theme, and similar personalization applications distributed worldwide. Local privacy laws may provide additional rights.

1. App Overview

Live Wallpaper is an Android personalization application that may allow users to preview, customize, download, select, or apply wallpapers, live wallpapers, animated backgrounds, themes, visual effects, or related content.

The App does not require users to create an account unless this Privacy Policy is updated to state otherwise.

2. Information We Handle

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

The App does not ask you to provide your name, telephone number, postal address, payment information, contacts, precise location, photographs, microphone recordings, or other account-profile information.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to provide. We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, protect the App, or comply with legal obligations.

2.2 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App may save preferences locally on your device, including selected wallpapers, themes, backgrounds, visual effects, animation settings, speed, direction, display settings, favorites, download status, and related preferences.

These preferences are used to provide the features you select. Unless this policy is updated to state otherwise, we do not operate an account system or our own remote database for these settings.

You can remove locally stored App data by clearing the App’s storage through your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

2.3 Information Processed Automatically

The App may use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner, native, interstitial, rewarded, or other advertisements.

Depending on your device, region, consent choices, Google settings, and applicable law, Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
  • advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers where available and permitted;
  • App launches, taps, ad views, video views, and other product interactions;
  • device model, operating system, language, network, and App information;
  • diagnostic information such as performance, crash, hang, and energy-usage data; and
  • information used for advertising, analytics, reporting, security, and fraud prevention.

The App may use Google’s User Messaging Platform (“UMP”) to request and manage privacy choices where required. Depending on your location and choices, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or otherwise restricted.

Google Play and Google Play services may also process technical information required to distribute, update, secure, and operate the App, including through in-app update features.

3. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

  • provide wallpaper, live wallpaper, theme, download, preview, and customization features;
  • remember your selections and preferences on your device;
  • display, measure, and improve advertisements;
  • understand App and advertisement performance;
  • detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems;
  • comply with legal requirements and enforce applicable terms; and
  • respond to support, privacy, or legal requests.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on:

  • your consent;
  • legitimate interests, such as providing and improving the App, measuring performance, preventing fraud, and maintaining security;
  • compliance with legal obligations; or
  • another lawful basis available under applicable law.

You may withdraw consent or review available privacy choices through the App’s Privacy Choices option when that option is required and available. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services, including:

  • Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK;
  • Google User Messaging Platform;
  • Google Play services;
  • Google Play in-app updates; and
  • other services disclosed in this policy or the App’s store listing.

These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms. Their data practices, retention periods, security measures, and international-transfer mechanisms are controlled by them.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information collected directly through an App account because, unless this policy is updated, the App does not provide an account system or collect profile information through our own servers.

Information may be processed or shared by Google and advertising partners for advertising, analytics, reporting, security, and fraud prevention.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with law, regulation, court order, or lawful government request;
  • investigate fraud, abuse, security threats, or policy violations;
  • protect users, the public, our rights, or our property; or
  • complete a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or lawful transfer of the App.

Some privacy laws may define certain advertising-related disclosures as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” even when no money is exchanged. Where required, available consent or opt-out controls may be provided through UMP, Android settings, Google settings, or other legally required mechanisms.

7. Data Retention

Local wallpaper, theme, favorite, download, and preference data remains on your device until you change it, clear the App’s storage, remove downloaded content, or uninstall the App.

Email support messages may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party providers retain information according to their own policies, legal obligations, and service settings.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the App. Information transmitted through third-party services is protected according to those providers’ security practices.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Therefore, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. International Data Transfers

The App may be available internationally. Google and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Where required, such transfers are handled using legally recognized safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms provided by the relevant service provider.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal information, including the right to:

  • request access to information;
  • request correction or deletion;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent;
  • opt out of targeted advertising, sharing, or sale as defined by applicable law;
  • request data portability; and
  • complain to a privacy or data-protection authority.

Because we do not maintain user accounts or a personal-information database for App settings unless this policy is updated, we may have no server-side personal record that can be accessed or deleted.

You can delete locally stored App preferences by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling the App.

For advertising-related information, use the App’s Privacy Choices option when available, Android advertising controls, Google privacy controls, or contact Google as described in its privacy policy.

To submit a privacy request, contact livewallstore@gmail.com .

We may request information reasonably necessary to understand and verify your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

11. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account or registration system.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact livewallstore@gmail.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

12. App Permissions

Depending on its features, the App may use:

  • Internet access: to load advertisements, consent messages, online wallpaper content, and update information;
  • Network-state access: to determine whether network services are available;
  • Live-wallpaper service permission: when the App provides live wallpapers;
  • Storage or media access: only when needed to save, import, export, or apply wallpaper files and only as permitted by Android; and
  • Notification permission: if the App sends update, download, or content notifications.

The App should not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, SMS messages, or call logs unless those features are genuinely required and this policy is updated before release.

13. Downloaded and User-Selected Content

The App may allow wallpapers or related visual content to be downloaded or saved to your device. Such files remain on the device until deleted by you, removed by the App, cleared through system settings, or deleted when the App is uninstalled, depending on Android storage behavior.

If the App allows you to choose your own image, the selected image may be processed locally on your device to create or apply a wallpaper.

Unless this Privacy Policy is updated to state otherwise, user-selected images are not uploaded to our servers.

14. Third-Party Links and Applications

The App may open Google Play, sharing applications, browsers, websites, or other third-party services at your request.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of third-party applications or websites.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, services, laws, SDKs, permissions, or data practices change.

The updated policy will display a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or store listing where appropriate.
