Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Independence Day Photo Frames (“the App”) accesses, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the App.
1. Developer
The App is provided by livewallstore (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Information the App accesses or processes
2.1 Photos selected by you
The App allows you to select a photo from your device and place it inside an Independence Day photo frame. The selected photo is used to provide editing features such as cropping, positioning, rotating, flipping, filtering, adjusting color, adding text, and adding stickers.
Your selected photo and editing content are processed on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores the contents of your selected photos.
The App uses Android’s system photo picker where available so that you can choose specific photos rather than grant access to your entire photo library.
2.2 Saved creations
When you save a completed creation, the App writes the finished image to your device’s shared Pictures or media storage so that it can be viewed, shared, or deleted by you. A saved creation may remain on your device even after you uninstall the App unless you delete it separately.
When you choose Share, Android displays compatible apps and services. The selected creation is sent only to the destination you choose. The privacy practices of the receiving app or service apply after you share the image.
2.3 Local app preferences
The App may store the following information locally on your device:
- favorite frame selections;
- locally unlocked premium frames;
- editor or interface preferences;
- advertising consent and privacy-choice status; and
- other small settings needed for App functionality.
This information is stored locally using Android app storage. It may be removed when you clear the App’s data or uninstall the App, except for images saved to shared media storage.
2.4 Advertising and device information
The App uses Google AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK, and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to display advertisements and manage privacy choices.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google’s configuration, Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- device or advertising identifiers;
- app interactions, ad impressions, clicks, and video views;
- diagnostic, crash, performance, and app-launch information; and
- consent signals and privacy choices.
We do not use the App to request or collect precise GPS location.
Advertising may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or used only for technical ad delivery depending on applicable law, your choices, and the available ad-serving mode.
3. Permissions
- Internet and network state: to load advertisements, consent messages, and external pages.
- Photo picker or media access: to allow you to select a photo.
- Shared media storage: to save, display, share, and delete completed creations.
- Legacy storage permissions on Android 9 or earlier: only when required by the older Android version for media-related App functions.
The App does not request access to your contacts, microphone, call logs, SMS messages, or precise location.
4. How information is used
- provide photo-frame editing and preview features;
- save, display, share, and delete your creations;
- remember favorites, unlocks, settings, and consent choices;
- display and measure advertisements;
- prevent advertising fraud and abuse;
- diagnose technical problems and improve reliability; and
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your selected photos or saved creations.
- With Google and advertising partners: device, advertising, interaction, diagnostic, and consent information may be processed for advertising, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
- At your direction: when you choose to share a creation through another app or service.
- For legal reasons: when disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
- During a business transfer: if the App or its assets are transferred, information associated with the App may be included where legally permitted.
6. Third-party services
The App may use or link to Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Store, and apps selected by you for viewing or sharing images.

7. Privacy and advertising choices
Where required, the App may display a consent message before requesting ads. A Privacy choices option may also be available in the App’s Settings screen.
You may be able to review or change advertising choices, reset or limit the Android advertising identifier, revoke media permissions, delete creations, clear App storage, or uninstall the App. Available choices depend on your region, Android version, device manufacturer, and Google services configuration.
8. Data retention
Selected photos are processed for the editing session and are not uploaded to a server operated by us.
Saved creations remain in your device’s shared media storage until you delete them. Local preferences remain until they are changed, cleared, or removed by uninstalling the App.
Google and other third-party providers retain information according to their own policies, legal obligations, consent settings, and service requirements.
9. Data security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the App’s design. Photo editing is performed on the device, and the App uses Android platform controls for photo selection and media storage. However, no device, storage system, transmission method, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children’s privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through a developer-operated account or server. If the App will be listed as directed to children or will include children in its Google Play target audience, this section and the advertising configuration must be reviewed before release.
11. International processing
Google and other service providers may process advertising and diagnostic information in countries other than the country where you live. Their processing is governed by their own policies and applicable transfer safeguards.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing.
Because we do not operate user accounts or a server that stores selected photos, many controls are available directly on your device. For requests concerning information controlled by us, contact livewallstore@gmail.com. For information controlled by Google or another provider, contact that provider directly.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The revised policy will show a new “Last updated” date.
